We have been tracking Snowflake’s services partner ecosystem through multiple updates, including our initial snapshot in 2023 and subsequent updates in 2024 and 2025 (https://alten.capital/blog/snowflake-services-partner-ecosystem-snapshot, https://alten.capital/blog/data-series-snowflake-services-partner-ecosystem-update and https://alten.capital/blog/snowflake-consulting-partners-ecosystem-update). We are updating our analysis again in 2026 to assess how the ecosystem has evolved and how the partner base has changed across regions and company sizes.
Comparing 2025 with this 2026 snapshot, Snowflake grew its services partner base by 47% in a year. Every region expanded, with South America posting the sharpest increase (from 7 to 30 partners), and Africa doubling in size. North America added the most partners in absolute terms (123 new firms), while Europe added 68.
The Snowflake ecosystem expanded across all firm sizes between 2025 and 2026. The growth pattern signals a maturing ecosystem: as boutique and midsize firms proliferate (the sub-50 and 100–499 tiers grew fastest, at 66% and 57%), Snowflake expertise is becoming less concentrated among a handful of global SIs and more distributed across specialized data shops, while the slight pullback at the very top (15 to 14 mega-firms) suggests those players are consolidating rather than scaling their Snowflake practices.
Snowflake now has approximately 926 services (consulting and implementation) partners worldwide, who employ more than 7.4 million professionals (across all disciplines). North America remains with the highest partner count, followed by Europe and Asia.
A third of the ecosystem employs fewer than 100 team members, and two-thirds have fewer than 500 employees, continuing to show fragmentation in the space.
