Since the end of 2023, the Workday services partner network has grown significantly, expanding from approximately 87 partners to 129 globally—a 48% increase in one year, in line with the company’s announced plans to extend their services partner network.
During the year there was an increase primarily in smaller-sized consulting firms becoming Workday partners.
More than half of the partners are headquartered in North America, but most of the headcount is located in Asia, as is typical of services firms.
The Workday services partner ecosystem remains highly fragmented (42% have fewer than 100 employees and almost 2/3rds have fewer than 500 team members).
