# ServiceNow Partner Ecosystem Update

We previously discussed the ServiceNow services partner ecosystem ([https://alten.capital/blog/servicenow-consulting-and-implementation-partner-ecosystem-update](https://alten.capital/blog/servicenow-consulting-and-implementation-partner-ecosystem-update)). Here's an update reflecting the growth seen in this space since then.

ServiceNow serves approximately 85% of Fortune 500 companies, a figure that has held steady as the platform deepens its penetration among the world's largest enterprises.

Overall, ServiceNow added 297 services partners, representing a ~24% increase in the last 18 months. All regions expanded except Africa and Latam.

The ServiceNow ecosystem expanded across all firm sizes between 2024 and 2026.

More than half of ServiceNow’s services partners are based in North America, while most of the global delivery workforce is concentrated in Asia, consistent with the typical structure of technology services organizations.

More than one-third of ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem consists of firms with fewer than 50 employees, and almost half of consulting firms are small with fewer than 100 team members, showing continued fragmentation in this ecosystem.
